DALL-E 2 was created by tech company OpenAI in San Francisco, California. The program uses artificial intelligence (AI), or a computer’s ability to perform tasks normally requiring human skills. Programs that use AI can make predictions and decisions. DALL-E 2 has analyzed millions of images and descriptions to form connections between the words and pictures. This allows it to create its own complex art. Some believe its images are so impressive that they could be mistaken for the work of a professional human artist.
